Let’s start with a simple quiz to review your daily habits!

According to the answer scale of 1-5 (1-not at all, 2-somewhat, 3-often, 4-most of the time, 5-always), give yourself a rating for the following questions then total your responses to see what your answers reveal.

Questions:

  • 1. My body functions (elimination, hunger, wake times, bed times) are consistent.
  • 2. I engage in self care daily and honour what my body and mind need.
  • 3. I take my time when eating and my digestion is good.
  • 4. I fall asleep quickly and have a restful sleep consistently.
  • 5. I move my body daily and feel energized.
  • 6. I set aside time to do nothing and observe silence or nourishing practices.

Rating Results:

  • 7 to 15 points. You need to change your routines as they are likely part of the root cause of your illnesses and disease patterns.
  • 16 to 22 points. You most likely have a lot to gain from improving your routines. You need to support your body functions in a better way.
  • 23 to 28 points. You likely just need to focus on specific areas to enhance a healthier lifestyle. Your baseline health is generally being well supported.
  • 29 to 35 points. Your routine supports your wellbeing. Challenging yourself to try new routines or refresh the ones you already have can always be beneficial.
