Regular follow-up sessions allow us to refine your plan, track your progress, and make adjustments as you continue on your journey toward health and vitality. Investing in follow-ups provides ongoing guidance, flexibility, and support tailored to your unique path, ensuring your healing evolves with you. For optimal results, at least 3 follow-up sessions are recommended.
Ongoing Coaching Sessions (60 min) ➤ $125 (HST included)
Please note: Ayurveda isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. Your care is personalized based on your body type, environment, and life stage. As a long-term practice, it offers lasting health and balance, so I recommend at least 3 sessions to fully integrate the practices and track your progress.
