Intro To Mindful Eating

In this 4-week series, Lisa Codina (Qualified MB-EAT Instructor) will guide you in bringing awareness to unhealthy eating patterns, recognize emotional triggers, and more. Through group coaching, guided meditations and journaling, you will learn to practice self-compassion, eat with intention, and begin to heal your relationship with food.

This Mindful eating series is for you if you are ready to;

  • Understand the triggers behind your emotional eating habits.
  • Have more enjoyment of food through mindful presence.

This Mindful eating series is NOT for you if;

  • You suffer from an eating disorder.
  • Have an underlying food-related disease or condition.
  • If you are just looking for a quick fix or your main priority is losing weight.
