All of my coaching programs are designed to cultivate self-awareness and help you consciously relax, in body and mind, so that you can reconnect to who you really are. Whether you are inspired by physical practice, nutrition, or a spiritual path, I will support you in your journey so you will feel empowered in your intrinsic ability to create a joyful and balanced life.
Every program is tailored to each individual client’s needs and personal goals. My coaching programs all have a particular focus, but the one thing they have in common is that they will inspire and motivate you to create change so you can evolve into becoming your best self.

A discovery call is simply a conversation – and it’s free! It’s your chance to ask me anything – from my credentials to past experience, to specific details about any of the coaching programs that I offer. It could also be a chance for us to get to know each other, to see if we mesh well and if we are on the same frequency. I am a firm believer in the idea that we connect with specific people for a specific reason, sometimes without even being able to verbalize that reason. It’s just a feeling.
