Spring into Summer: Yoga and Ayurveda Wellness Retreat

We are all part of nature, and as a result we are directly affected by the changes in the world around us. The elements that exist in nature exist within us as well, and so it is natural for us to experience imbalances with the change of weather, in particular during seasonal transitions. With the onset of spring, accumulated toxins start moving through the body and our immunity weakens, making us more susceptible to illness and imbalances. We cannot avoid the shift in seasons, but we can observe the shifts within us.

According to Ayurveda, we can support an improved state of balance throughout the year by making a conscious effort to live in harmony with the cycles of nature and by regularly adjusting our lifestyle and nutrition to accommodate the arrival of each new season. Join me and learn to use the power of food, movement, breath, nature and meditation to guide yourself towards a more conscious and creative way of life and living.

Gather in community to experience the combined healing power of yoga, Ayurveda, and meditation

Lisa will share the wisdom of balanced living according to Ayurveda, exploring simple ways to move closer to physical, mental and emotional health and healing. You will have the opportunity to deepen your yoga and meditation practice, immerse yourself in nature, and make space for silence, introspection and healing. Through a combination of yoga, Ayurveda, meditation, and plenty of time to explore nature, you will nourish yourself on every level of being so you can move forward into the summer feeling vibrant, healthy, and more balanced.
